Andrey Stolyarov, Advisor to the Directorate of the International Social Security Association (ISSA), along with representatives of social protection institutions from Serbia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Tajikistan, visited the No. 1 Baku DOST Center during their official trip to Azerbaijan.
The guests were first introduced to the services provided to the public at the center and were briefed on the operations and principles of the DOST centers.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, gave a detailed presentation on the DOST concept. He noted that over 3.5 million citizens have benefited from DOST services so far, with a reported citizen satisfaction rate of 98.5%.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), Safar Mehdiyev, as well as representatives from both the DOST Agency and the SSPF.
The two sides discussed prospects for future cooperation.
It should be noted that this visit took place within the framework of an international conference jointly organized in Baku by the International Social Security Association and the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan, under the theme “Adapting Social Protection Systems in the Context of Modern Global Challenges.”
