The Iraqi delegation visited the DOST Center

The delegation led by the Minister of Communications of the Republic of Iraq, Hayam Al-Yasiri, who is on an official visit to our country, visited the Baku DOST Center No. 5.

The guests were informed about the services provided to the population at the Center. It was noted that DOST centers ensure transparent and prompt delivery of public social services and that citizen satisfaction with these services stands at 98.5%.

During the meeting, information was provided about the reforms carried out in recent years in the fields of labor, employment, and social protection in our country, as well as about the DOST concept. It was emphasized that DOST centers provide 160 types of social services through a “one-stop-shop” model.

A presentation on the DOST concept was made for the delegation. The guests were informed that this concept is considered among the world's leading practices and has achieved significant international success.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on bilateral cooperation.
