New DOST centers are being built in the regions

Currently, project and construction works are underway in Nakhchivan, Quba, Sabirabad, Sumgait, Ganja, and Masalli to establish DOST service infrastructure. This was noted at the latest meeting of the Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.

The Chairman of the Board, Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev, stated that based on the Presidential Decree of August 9, 2018, seven DOST Centers have been opened in Baku, Abşeron, and Barda districts, a “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan, a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha, as well as DOST points in Kəlbəcər and Füzuli.

It was emphasized that the DOST concept, initiated by the First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, allows state social services to be provided through a “single-window” approach with modern, flexible, and fully transparent mechanisms. Over the past period, DOST Centers have served more than 4 million citizens, with a citizen satisfaction rate of 98.7%.

It was highlighted that every region of the country will be covered by DOST services.

The Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Farid Məmmədov, presented the Agency’s report for 2025. The meeting discussed the Agency’s activities, strategic goals, and priority issues.
