Starting from June 1, 1790 citizens' appeals were registered at the Baku DOST Center No. 3, which started operating on all services. Citizens were provided with 132 types of services on a "single window" principle. The majority of appeals - 76.09% - were related to social protection. Employment appeals accounted for 17.26% and disability appeals for 4.86%. According to the Q-Net electronic survey system and individual surveys of DOST volunteers, the level of satisfaction of citizens using the services was 95.84 percent.
It should be noted that Baku DOST Center No. 3 was opened on May 19 with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev. The Center, which serves the residents of Nizami, Surakhani and Sabunchu districts, provides 132 types of services to citizens on a "single window" principle.
The center is expected to receive more than 150,000 applications a year.
