Services are being improved at DOST centers

Two more DOST centers will open in Baku this year. Farid Mammadov, chairman of the Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Provision (DOST), said this at online meeting on improving corporate governance and services at the Agency.

According to his words, the centers, which are scheduled to be opened by the end of this year, will serve residents of Binagadi, Narimanov and Absheron districts.
Farid Mammadov also noted that the number of services provided at DOST centers will be increased. According to him, mediation services are expected to be provided in DOST centers soon.

Improvement of services provided to citizens, obtaining ISO certification to bring it up to international standards, the establishment of new "DOST" centers, the development of corporate governance, the improvement of recruitment procedures were discussed during the meeting.

They also exchanged views on the application of Information and Communication Technologies, as well as innovative solutions in the field of services and made suggestions.

At the end Chairman of the Board of the Agency Farid Mammadov gave instructions on the organization of high quality services to citizens in DOST centers.
