Services provided to citizens through a "single window", transparent and efficient, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction were considered. The Center provides total number of 132 services on the fields of pensions, benefits and presidential grants, social services, disability, medical and social expertise and prosthetic and orthopedic support, social insurance, labor relations, employment, etc.
The delegation was informed about the concept of DOST, the activities of DOST centers established in the past and the newly opened DOST Center No. 4. It was noted that more than 330,000 people were served in DOST centers in the past period, and 97.2% of citizens were satisfied with these services.
It was noted that 4 DOST centers already operate in the capital, and 1,915,200 people in 10 districts of Baku are covered by DOST services. In general, it is planned to open 16 regional DOST centers and reception branches in 46 regions by 2025.
The guests noted that the DOST concept is a successful innovation.
