Employees of the DOST Agency were involved in trainings to improve the quality of service.
Trainings for the Agency's service sector managers were held in cooperation with PwC Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani representative office of the international company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The topic of the training was "Problem solving and decision making".
During the training, employees learned about the classification, management and solution mechanisms of the problem.
