About 1 million citizens benefited from "DOST" services

Since May 2019, 5 "DOST" centers have been opened in our country. In the past period, about 1 million citizens benefited from the services of those centers. The level of citizen satisfaction with services is over 98 percent.

Expansion of the network of "DOST" centers across regions, where 154 services in the social field are provided from single window, in a modern, flexible, fully transparent manner, in accordance with the citizen's satisfaction, is being carried out.

Currently, 2 million 500 thousand people or 25 percent of the country's population are covered by DOST services.

Baku "DOST" Center No. 5, "DOST" centers in Barda and Guba regions will be opened in 2022-2023. In addition, it is planned to open several centers, branches and service points in those areas under the "Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur" DOST program regarding our territories freed from occupation.
