A meeting of the Board of DOST Agency was held

The next meeting of the Board of the Sustainable and Operative Social Security Agency (DOST) was held.

Quality management coordinator of the Agency, Nigar Guliyeva, made a report on the work done by the Integrated Management System working group in October 2022.

Then there was a presentation of an informative report by Eyyub Bayramov, a specialist of the Department of Process Management and Work with Requests of the Department of DOST Services.

At the meeting held in online format, the members of the Board expressed their opinions about the reports and presentations and gave their suggestions for improving the procedures. At the meeting, discussions were also held in the direction of raising the level of service and increasing citizen satisfaction.

In the end, the Chairman of the Board, Farid Mammadov, expressed his opinion on the discussed issues and gave instructions to the relevant departments in this direction.
