The next Azerbaijan Career Development Forum is being held

The 2nd Azerbaijan Career Development Forum is being organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev, Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszade, MPs, representatives of state and private institutions, career counselors, local and foreign speakers, attended the forum. human resources specialists, top managers, education experts, development mentors are involved.

"Get ready for the future!" The purpose of the Forum held under the motto is to conduct professional discussions in the direction of solving the current problems in the labor market, to raise awareness of new trends and challenges, to make it possible to draw the right conclusions in the direction of career planning.

S. Babayev drew attention to the steps taken to expand social reforms, labor market development, and active employment programs in our country in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev. He noted that more than 100,000 young people enter the labor market in our country every year, that the acquisition of professions and qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the ever-changing labor market, and the increase of the skilled labor force are important goals in the field of employment.

It was emphasized that the career counseling service is an important support in increasing the awareness of young people about the labor market and in their career planning. The introduction of innovative solutions and digitization works in the field of employment services were discussed. In May of this year, it was noted that the "Labor and Employment" subsystem (EMAS) was put into use, which ensures the transition to a new important stage of reforms in the field of labor and employment.

It was reported that as the next stage, the employment map of our country, the register of employed people across the country, the informal employment control information resource, the mobile inspection and monitoring system, the electronic labor exchange and fair, the public works portal (works.gov.az) and the BACAR innovative platform Preparations are being made for its commissioning.

The importance of a number of new projects in the field of career counseling service - "Hello Career", "Create CV", "Bacar" platforms was brought to attention. It was reported that work is being continued in the direction of increasing the role of career counseling service and career planning.
