This year, DOST centers received about 620,000 citizen applications. In general, this number is more than 1 million 271 thousand.

This was stated by Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Agency's Board, at the press conference held at the DOST Agency.

A report video about the results of the year was shown at the event on the work done and upcoming goals for 2023.

Farid Mammadov, the chairman of the agency's board, informed media representatives about the work done in 2022. He said that the concept of DOST, which provides citizens with 154 state social services from "single window", on modern and flexible, transparent way, succeeds in raising the service level even more every year. The satisfaction level of citizens with these services was 98.2%.

At the same time, 1 million 548 thousand citizens' appeals were answered by Call Center 142 in 2022. More than 220,000 applications were registered by the Single Coordination Centers, which provide services to the family members of martyrs, military personnel injured in the war, and persons with disabilities.

Farid Mammadov noted that the activity of DOST Agency in 2022 was highly appreciated in the international arena. The agency was awarded 5 international awards this year, including the European Social Services Award of the European Social Network. DOST centers were evaluated as an advanced reform in the "European Union Business Environment Report-2021". It has also been awarded ISO certificates in 4 directions by the world-famous LRQA certification organization (Great Britain).

At the press conference, it was also noted that the network of DOST centers has been expanded. With Baku DOST Center No. 5, which was inaugurated with the participation of Mr. President Ilham Aliyev, the capital and Absheron region are fully covered by DOST services. Also, the DOST concept has been applied in the territories freed from occupation. In May of this year, the first "Smart DOST" station was put into use in Agalı village of Zangila. Currently, the final design and construction works of the centers are being carried out in Shusha, Sumgait, Ganja, Barda, Guba and other regions. By the end of 2025, it is planned to put 17 regional "DOST" centers and 55 regional branches into operation.
