All the call centers of the MLSPP are gathered under a single platform

From now calls to the Central Branch for Social Insurance and Personal Accounting of the State Social Protection Fund are received and answered through the 142 Call Center.

In order to unite the call centers operating in various institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population on a single platform, their integration into the Ministry's Call Center 142 has been started.

The goal is to further increase the quality of the service of responding to citizen appeals, to create conditions for them to apply for relevant services by using only one short number.

Calls to 012 562 20 11 are received and answered over 142.

At the next stage (that is, after the end of the adaptation period), the number 012 562 20 11 will be canceled, and all requests related to SSFUMF will be received by the 142 Call center.

It should be noted that at the first stage, the integration of 1923 Call center of the State Medical Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency into Call Center was carried.
