The Serbian delegation visited Baku DOST Center No. 1

The delegation headed by the mayor of Novi Pazar, Serbia, Nihad Bishevac, who is on a visit to our country, visited Baku DOST Center No. 1.

Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Hidayat Abdullayev informed the delegation about the DOST concept.

The innovative innovations brought to the system of state social services by the DOST Agency and DOST centers established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018 were brought to attention.

It was emphasized that the concept of DOST, which was the initiative of the first vice-president Mehriban Aliyeva, made it possible to establish services in the social field from a "one-stop shop", transparent, flexible and in accordance with the principle of citizen satisfaction.

Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Farid Mammadov, informed the guests about the activity of DOST centers. At the subsequent meeting, a presentation on the DOST concept was made for the Serbian delegation. DOST Centers served nearly 1.5 million citizens in the past period, international successes of the DOST concept were noted.

Orkhan Salahov, deputy director of the DOST Digital Innovation Center under the ministry, made a presentation on electronic services. In the presentation, the work carried out to establish the state social services in our country on the electronic level, as well as in a proactive manner, according to citizen satisfaction, and the achievements achieved in this field were reflected.
