Moldova is one of the countries interested in learning and applying DOST experience of Azerbaijan
The delegation led by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Moldova Alexey Buzu, who is on a visit to our country, and Nuno Queiros, acting as the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Azerbaijan, got acquainted with Baku DOST Center No. 1.
The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev informed about the important advantages of DOST experience in providing social services according to citizen comfort and satisfaction.
It was reported that by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated August 9, 2018, the DOST Agency and 6 DOST Centers were opened in May 2019. DOST concept is an initiative of the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and based on this concept, 154 services in social fields are provided from "one window", operative, transparent, according to the convenience and satisfaction of citizens.
In the past period, more than 1 million 450 thousand citizens have benefited from DOST services, and the level of citizen satisfaction with these services is 98.5 percent.
It was brought to attention that the DOST Agency was awarded with many international awards, and the application of the DOST experience in other countries was encouraged by international institutions. The DOST concept was presented to the guests.
