The Karabakh Regional DOST Center has registered a record number of citizen requests. On November 1, 455 citizens contacted the center per day. This figure is the highest result recorded since the center began operating.
Applications are mainly related to employment (53.63%), social protection (27.91%), functional support services (5.27%), central coordination unit (5.71%), disability (2.64%) and other services.
It should be noted that the DOST Karabakh Regional Center was opened on August 7 this year with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev. The center, serving residents of Barda, Terter, Agjabadi, Agdam, Fizuli, Khojaly, Shusha, Khankendi and Khojavend regions, has provided services to more than 9 thousand citizens to date. The satisfaction level of citizens using the services is 98.9 percent.
Currently, there are 7 DOST centers throughout the country, as well as a Smart DOST point in the village of Agali, Zangilan region. To date, these centers have served more than 1.8 million citizens. The average waiting time at the centers was 7 minutes 5 seconds, service time was 3 minutes 10 seconds. The level of citizen satisfaction with DOST services was 98.1 percent.
