All the call centers of the MLSPP are gathered under a single platform

Calls to the 19 23 call number of the State Medical Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency are received and answered through the Call center 142.

In order to unite the call centers operating in various institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population on a single platform, their integration into the Ministry's Call Center 142 has been started.

The goal is to further increase the quality of the service of responding to citizen appeals, to create conditions for them to apply for relevant services by using only one short number.

In the first stage, the integration of 19 23 Call Centers of the State Medical Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency (SMSERA) under the Ministry into Call Center 142 is underway.

Calls made to 19 23 call number are received and answered over 142.

At the next stage (that is, after the end of the adaptation period), the number 19 23 will be canceled, and all requests related to SMSERA will be received by the Call Center 142.
