All call centers of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are gathered under a single platform. Now calls to the 116 123 number of the Social Services Agency under the ministry are received and answered through the Call Center 142.
According to the Plan of Actions prepared in this regard, at the initial stage, employees were gradually recruited, taking into account the compliance with the requirements of the DOST Agency, as well as the organization of information exchange. Since June 19, calls to 116 123 number have been received through 142 platforms.
Except for the 24-hour domestic violence line of 116 123 call centers, social services provided by SXA and the channels related to admission to institutions, children, psychological support and housing queue are answered through Call Center 142.
The goal is to further increase the quality of the service of responding to citizen appeals, to enable them to apply for relevant services using only one short number.
It should be noted that the phone numbers operating in other institutions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are being integrated into the Call Center 142.
